Join IHOP to celebrate National Pancake Day on Tuesday, February 23, 2010. From 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., we'll give you one free short stack (three) of our famous buttermilk pancakes.* All we ask is that you consider making a donation to support local children's hospitals through Children's Miracle Network, or other local charities.

No tickets needed for Holes this Sat. at Lex Children's Theatre

Every time there is a Lexington Children's Theatre Saturday 7 pm show you do not need tickets. You just pay what you can at the door. This weeks show is Holes.

We always go to theses shows and then take the kids Krispy Kreme. At Krispy Kreme the kids will show their report cards and get one FREE doughnut for every A. We homeschooled for awhile and Krispy Kreme will honor a homeschool report card.

It makes for a great SMASHing family night.

On this cold snowed in day here is a tip to save money. Before you put on s new roll of toilet paper squeeze the roll hard enough to miss form the cardboard. This will make the roll harder to turn and your kids will us less TP.
