After I left L'Oreal to stay home with the kids it took me a long time to get my Full Time Mom groove on. There are still days where I feel my groove is long gone. I just found a great book by Kathy Peel... The Family Manager. She gives great tips on everything from how to get the kids to help around the house to natural ways to clean your home.
