Sometimes you find the best frugal tips when you have no other options. A few years ago we were having people over and I needed to vacuum but the vacuum bag was full. I had no time to go to the store so.... I dumped the vacuum bag out in the trash and vacuumed my house. Now I always dump out that same bag and keep vacuuming. I save $36 a year by reusing my vacuum bags.
